Mmmmmmmmm, Baklavah

Yay! We went hiking two days in a row, and the weather is cool enough now that hiking was even more enjoyable than usual.

I did have my first hiking mishap on the west coast however--thankfully just a minor biting of the dust.
Les and I were on our way down a reasonably steep grade finishing up a hike this afternoon, and I hit a loose sandy spot just right. My footing went out from under me and the next thing I know I'm down in the dust. I made out pretty well though...just an abraded and bruis… Continue
