Since you have to make it with a few adjustments, why not just make your own?
Start with an old shirt, that you can draw on and cut up, put it on, pin in some darts beneath the bustline to make it fit,and cut away any extra fabric.

i have the plague, so finished NOTHING earlier this week. did get my daughter's new bed made today. Used the pedestals from a washer and dryer and put the bed on plywood on top of it. for some reason, the height reminds me and the hubby of a pirat...
