Tribal SDstyle is my life

Yup. Pretty much. Despite the fact that we have 6 planning members working on all aspects of the festival. I'm thinking and doing something everyday! Anyway- if you have no idea what I am talking about- our yearly tribal belly dance festival in San Diego is coming up this November 8 & 9. We have great instructors like Olu, Politti, Ayse, Sooz, Fox, Julie Lively, Steven Eggers, Sabrina, Frank Lazarro, Raine, Rachael G, Kirti, Karen Tapia and Deb Rubin. Our workshops run the gamut from ATS to… Continue

Get Juicy

So the weather is changing. There are a gazilion festivals on the horizon and my calendar is packed. I've spent a long time working on my special dance issues- working on shimmies, core strength, and I managed to lose a few pounds. But I'm still a long way from where I want to be.… Continue

Come get some Love! Show & Workshops with Mardi

I have blasted this all over the internet- so I might as well do it here. If you don't know me from Tribe or you haven't seen my posts on the Indigo tribe or the Melodia tribe - and it's quite possible- then guess what- Mardi is coming home to San Diego for the week and is doing a show and teaching two workshops. The show is at Ka

Once again Tribe is down

I really don't hold out much hope despite the fact that I paid for the "Premium" membership. Yeah- I know there is a sucker born every minute. Well, I'm mentally buckling down for tonight's rain storm here in sunny SoCal. Although I like the idea of being warm and cozy at home- I hate the idea of the commute to work. I'll be going in extra early and avoiding the rush hour. Hope you all have a good weekend. Be safe out there- where ever there is.

Congrats on finishing your event. I always look forward to the decompression phase after my event in Sept. I checked out the site. I think it's great that you are working so hard to benefit these charities.

Much love,
Samira
